How do I get support from Cruse?

So to get support from crews, what you can do is go onto our website. You'll find the details at the bottom of the screen, and there's lots of information there about how to cope, how to help yourself, how to help someone else when they're grieving. And there's also the details of our helpline. So go onto that website, take a look, and then give us a call.

What is Cruse Bereavement Support's role and how can it help with grief?

So Cruise bereavement support has been around for just over 60 years, really. And what we do is we provide a safe space for people to talk about when they're grieving about those feelings, about those thoughts, how their experience in it bodily about other grief affects the relationships that they're having, and ultimately how they're going to be able to cope and lead their life whilst also remembering the person who they've loved and who they've lost.

How many volunteers have you got?

We've got just under 4,000 volunteers, so that's lots of people. But the truth is we always need more. There's always more people to help and there's more people experiencing difficulty. We all need different types of help at different times, and so we've got lots of volunteers, but we really could do with so many more people helping us raise money too, so that then we can help more people.
