Who are you?
I'm Sam Langford. I am a Workplace Wellbeing consultant and the founder and director of Guy Workplace Wellbeing. I'm also an associate trainer with March on Stress, where I deliver trauma risk management, trim training, and I'm from Lincolnshire. I live there with my husband and my JAAQ Russell Murphy. In my spare time, I read and I also book Bind.
What is your background?
I was a crime scene investigator for 12 years, 10 years in the UK and two years in Bermuda. I then returned to the UK working for a home office department where I implemented and coordinated our trauma risk management response. I now work as an associate trainer for March on Stress, delivering trim training, practitioner training across the country.
What is Gaia Workplace Wellbeing?
I set up Gaia Workplace wellbeing in 2022. Following being made redundant, I recognised that there was a gap for a lot of organisations, so small medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations that didn't have the budget for full-time wellbeing personnel. So I created workplace wellbeing to help plug that gap.
